climbing club (CC)

Pre Requisites: An interest in climbing

Course Information
If you like climbing and the social side of climbing then come along to our club night. In the winter we are inside and during the summer months we will be at a local outcrop of rock. The details and location will be communicated each week. You can learn at your own pace and work with other like minded individuals. To help guide you in your continuing discovery of climbing we provide a progressive 'passport' of skills that you can aim for and tick off along the way. The 'passport' will also provide you and your instructor with easily understandable information to formulate your training sessions and set you goals along the way. There are child, parent and child and adult sessions available and are offered on a half termly block booking scheme. If you love climbing but you need someone to climb with then come along and we will endeavour to pair you up.

Assessment
No formal assessment period but each part of the 'passport' will be ticked off when your instructors sees you achieve the correct standard.
